By using PatashalaAI, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate and that you are using the service for legitimate academic purposes. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of services.
2. AI Usage & Fair Use
Our AI-powered features (Tutors, Exam Generators, and Evaluation Engines) are provided to supplement your learning. Fair use policies apply:
- AI Credits are consumed based on request complexity and are non-transferable.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI API is a violation of these terms.
- AI-generated content should be used as a learning aid, not as a replacement for critical thinking.
3. Intellectual Property
All curriculum content, proprietary software, and trade-marked materials are the exclusive property of PatashalaAI. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for individual study only.
4. Modifications of Service
We reserve the right to modify subscription tiers, credit deduction rates, and platform features to ensure sustainable and high-quality AI services. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
